Our first After Hours event took place on June 20, 2018 in our sales gallery. We hosted a community of local influencers in real estate: brokers, lawyers, property advisors and media. The year ahead for real estate looks promising as interest in the Turks and Caicos continues to increase, and prices as well. Currently, there’s 149 flights per week to Providenciales and 150,000 visitors per month. Interest in Turks and Caicos real estate is increasing as visitors seek to own their private paradise.
